Kanan Baking Company (formally Wildflour Bakery) started off as a small Southern California retail store whose mission was to serve high-quality, preservative-free, kosher pareve bread products to our local communities. We quickly became a "must-visit" destination, recognized not only for our all-natural and irresistibly tasty products, but also for our contributions to our local community food banks and charities - both of which we hold near and dear to our hearts to this day.
As our philanthropic reach and products grew, we realized that we needed to share the love with a much larger audience, and Kanan Bakery Company was born. Today we stand strong and united in our mission to share our passion for creating products that facilitate togetherness and community - from our family to yours.
