Kanan Baking Company is a SQF level 2-certified commercial bakery that makes Non-GMO, preservative-free, kosher pareve (Pas Yisroel) breads for a variety of food service, retail, and private label customers. Our state-of-the-art production facility has two bread and bun lines that can produce 16,000 pieces an hour, along with an in-house trucking division that lowers the cost for our clients.
